US sneaker chain Foot Locker has opened in the Philippines, which is expected to be one of the biggest of its stores in Asia, under a partnership with Indonesian retailer MAP Aktif Adiperkasa.
The store, located inside Makati City’s Glorietta shopping mall, spans more than 1400 sqm and follows Foot Locker’s signature concept design seen in other stores across the world.
The store features interactive touchpoints, such as a gaming zone, an interactive digital screen, and a baseball booth.
Foot Locker Philippines sells such brands, including Adidas, Puma, Converse, New Balance, Nike, and Vans.
With Nike and Adidas as the leading brands. Filipinos have been spending more on sportswear.
Puma recently opened its first Forever Faster concept store in the Philippines, close to the new Foot Locker store in Makati.
