‘Elementary’ season 5’s episode 15, titled "Wrong Side of the Road," will follow Sherlock as he reunites with a former apprentice. Sherlock, Kitty, and Joan will have to work together to stop a killer out for revenge.
The synopsis for “Wrong Side of the Road” posted on TV Guide reads, “Part 1 of 2. Holmes' (Jonny Lee Miller) former protégé, Kitty Winter (Ophelia Lovibond), returns to New York after a three-year absence to warn him that a killer is eliminating everyone involved with a case they worked on together in London, and that they're the next targets.
As Sherlock, Kitty, Joan (Lucy Liu) and the NYPD join forces to find the perpetrator, Watson discovers Kitty has a life-changing secret.”
The upcoming episode will feature the return of Kitty Winter as she warns Sherlock of a dangerous man going after people involved in an old case in London. It seems that their lives are on the line as the killer makes them prime targets for his revenge.
Kitty, Sherlock, and Joan will have to work together to stop him before it is too late. In the process, Joan will come to learn Kitty’s secret. According to Christian Post, Joan will come to fear that this secret will have a great impact on Sherlock and will struggle with keeping it to herself.
Kitty was Sherlock’s protégé who worked with him in London and followed him to New York. She was introduced in season 3’s episode 1, titled “Enough Nemesis to Go Around,” and was last seen in season 3’s episode 12, titled “The One That Got Away.”
‘Elementary’ season 5’s episode 15, titled "Wrong Side of the Road," is scheduled to be released on March 5, 2017 on CBS. It was directed by Jennifer Lynch and written by Robert Doherty and Jason Tracey. It will be followed by episode 16, titled "Fidelity," directed by Christine Moore and scheduled to air on March 12.
