CINCINNATI, July 19, 2017 -- Eagle Financial Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), the proposed holding company for Eagle Savings Bank (the “Bank”), announced that it intends to close the mutual-to-stock conversion of the Bank and stock offering of the Company on Thursday, July 20, 2017, at which time the Company will become the holding company of the Bank. The shares of common stock sold in the subscription offering are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on Friday, July 21, 2017 under the ticker symbol “EFBI.”
The Company intends to sell 1,572,808 shares of common stock, at $10.00 per share, for gross offering proceeds of $15.7 million. All accepted orders in the subscription offering will be filled in full. The total shares being sold includes 129,024 shares that are being subscribed for by the Eagle Savings Bank Employee Stock Ownership Plan. The Company will also contribute $100,000 in cash and 40,000 shares of its common stock to Eagle Savings Bank Charitable Foundation, Inc., a not-for-profit charitable foundation that the Bank established in connection with its conversion.
