(NYSE:DFT), a leading owner, developer, operator and manager of enterprise-class, carrier-neutral, large-scale, multi-tenant wholesale data centers, today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on its Series C Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock for the period beginning August 16, 2017, to September 13, 2017. The Company will pay a $0.1288194 per share dividend on the 6.625% Series C Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock on September 13, 2017, to shareholders of record as of September 12, 2017.
