Donetsk-based company Bitcoin-Donbass, an enterprise created for development and popularization of the blockchain technology, has announced that it will organize an event titled ‘Cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies as an instrument of economic development’ that will witness blockchain experts from Russia.
According to the release by the Association "DNR Entrepreneurs", Bitcoin-Donbass has been studying and exploring the integration of the world’s blockchain technologies had has been providing supports for entrepreneurs and all interested parties (loosely translated).
The conference will see Russian blockchain experts including Dmitry Ermolaev, a leading developer of blockchain for government and business; Rustam Davletbaev, an economist and expert on the alternative financial system and Morgunov Roman S, director of the organizing company Bitcoin-Donbass.
The topics during the conference will include ‘Using blockchain in public administration’ by Dmitry Ermolaev, ‘Free money, consumer communities and blockchain. What unites them and why it is a breakthrough’ by Rustam Davletbaev and ‘DAO — a way of investment raising’ by Morgunov among other pressing issues (loosely translated).
This is the first ever event that targets on implementing bitcoin and blockchain technology in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR). The enterprise provides digital currency international transfers to and from DPR and those emigrants who fled the war zone gets benefited from bitcoin transactions to save on money to their families. Both the ordinary citizens and the military involved in the conflict at DPR use the cryptocurrency, coinfox.com reported.
