The “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” chapter 199 release is almost here and, as expected, spoilers are starting to appear on the net as well. In fact, the recent ones suggest that the crafty old Muzan still has an ace up his sleeve which he will use to attack Tanjiro and make his escape. Unfortunately, things won’t go as planned this time.
Based on “Demon Slayer” manga spoilers posted on Reddit by u/Crispytacos911, Muzan is likely hiding one more technique. But with the sun hovering on the horizon, he will have no choice but make one more transformation, called Giant Baby Form.
It’s quite hard to picture how Muzan will look like in this form but the demon most likely won’t do it for its aesthetic appeal. Rather, it will likely grant him a boost in power and speed, albeit temporarily.
Muzan will try to attack Tanjiro and will almost succeed. However, Giyu Tomioka will come to his rescue in “Demon Slayer” chapter 199. The attack would cost Tanjiro one of his arms.
After failing to kill Tanjiro, Muzan will see no point in continuing his attack. He will decide to preserve his life and escape the battlefield via underground.
But before he could make his escape, members of the Demon Slayer Corps will team up to attack the demon. Everyone from the medic team will pitch in as well and prevent the demon from making his escape.
They all know that once they lose Muzan underground, it will be hard to corner him again. The Stone Pillar Gyomei Himejima , along with the medic team, will finally be able to reel Muzan back in.
At this point, Muzan is probably too weak to fight fiercely like before. Thus, the medic team will accomplish something that they wouldn’t have otherwise if Muzan is still in full power. That is, they’ll be able to pin the demon against a wall with a bus.
“Demon Chapter: Kimetsu no Yaiba” chapter 199 ends with Gyomei Himejima chaining Muzan in place so he won’t be able to escape. Unless Muzan suddenly develops some sort of immunity to sunlight, he will probably perish when the sun fully comes up.
