TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 02, 2017 -- More than 500 ChannelPro-SMB readers cast their votes and selected ConnectWise®, a company that transforms how technology solution providers successfully build, manage and grow their businesses, for two gold and two silver 2017 Readers’ Choice Awards. For each of the categories, readers were asked to choose an option that best satisfies the unique business requirements, work styles, and budgets of their small and midsize business clients, as well as those that best serve their own partner organizations.

When the votes were tallied, ConnectWise received the following four awards:
- Gold Award: Best Professional Services Automation (PSA) Vendor – This is the second year in a row that ConnectWise Manage™, its business management platform, has been awarded gold in this category.
- Gold Award: Best Integrated Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM)/PSA Suite Vendor – The integration of ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Automate™ (formerly LabTech) also took home gold in 2016.
- Silver Award: Best Remote Monitoring Management (RMM) Vendor – ConnectWise Automate, the company’s RMM tool, is designed to boost the effectiveness and efficiency of IT teams.
- Silver Award: Best Quoting Vendor – ConnectWise Sell™ (formerly Quosal) is the company’s solution for creating and managing quotes and proposals.
The results are based on the opinions of ChannelPro-SMB readers who chose the vendors, distributors, and professional organizations they believe have the most SMB- and partner-friendly solutions, services, and programs in the channel today. More than 500 channel VARs, MSPs, integrators, system builders, and IT consultants participated in the online survey.
“My colleagues and I could not be happier to hear that ConnectWise was selected to receive these prestigious awards,” said Craig Fulton, Chief Product Officer, ConnectWise. “The two gold and two silver designations are especially meaningful because those who cast votes are all actively involved in the channel. Their confidence in what we do is a wonderful validation of the deeply rooted commitment to excellence and a dedication to the channel that I see every single day at ConnectWise.”
Michael Siggins, publisher of ChannelPro-SMB, said he is gratified that such a large number of readers participated in the survey, underscoring their commitment to, and understanding of, the SMB market and the vendors, distributors, and professional associations with whom they partner. “The results are a true snapshot of the top IT product and service providers in today’s SMB channel,” he said.
