‘Chicago PD’ season 4’s episode 17, titled “Remember the Devil,” is set to feature the return of Halstead’s ex-girlfriend, which shocks Lindsay. Meanwhile, Voight will head an investigation on an abducted woman locked in a shipping container.
The synopsis for “Remember the Devil” posted on TV Guide reads, “After being tipped off about a woman running barefoot through the woods, Intelligence is led to a kidnapping victim locked up in a shipping container. The bizarre scenario leaves Voight (Jason Beghe) questioning the legitimacy of the case, and sends the team on a twisted trail to get to the bottom of it.
Meanwhile, a former relationship of Halstead's (Jesse Lee Soffer) comes back into the picture, much to the surprise of Lindsay. (Sophia Bush)”
It seems that Lindsay will be in for a huge shocker in the upcoming episode. Halstead’s former lover will be reappearing back in his life and this will cause some trouble for him and Lindsay, according to Christian Post.
The two broke up before due to complications at work. Voight did not approve of their relationship since dating between agents in the task force is prohibited. Voight believed that romance would affect their work on the task force.
Lindsay and Halstead broke up eventually and during their time off, it seems that Halstead went on to pursue another woman. It will be interesting to see how Lindsay reacts to the situation.
Meanwhile, Voight and the team will take on a bizarre case of a woman locked up in a shipping container just outside the city after being tipped off. Voight will suspect that things are not exactly what they seem and he will take the lead in further investigation over the abduction.
‘Chicago PD’ season 4’s episode 17, titled “Remember the Devil,” is scheduled to air on NBC on March 22, 2017. It will be followed by episode 18, titled “Little Bit of Light," scheduled to be released on March 29.
