Dallas, TX, Sept. 28, 2017 -- Carona Hospitality, LLC, a Dallas-based full service hotel developer, is embarking on a new venture, focusing its initiative on an innovative property housing two modern hotels in Lancaster, Texas. These hotels, scheduled to open summer 2018, will serve as an integral part of Lancaster’s Comprehensive Plan.
The property combines two of Choice Hotel’s brands, Sleep Inn and MainStay Suites, into one unique location that accommodates both short-term and extended stay guests. Carona Hospitality will collaborate with Inn-Ovations Hotel Group, First Guaranty Bank and Jaco General Contractor during the construction phase. Upon completion of construction, the hotels will be managed by the premier hospitality management company, Aimbridge Hospitality.
Sleep Inn is a stylish and affordable sanctuary that is Designed to Dream. Guests will find modern décor around every corner, each inspired by nature for the ultimate relaxation experience. The hotel offers all-inclusive amenities such as hot breakfasts, WiFi and spa-inspired bathtubs to make guests’ stay unforgettable.
MainStay Suites is an extended stay hotel that lets guests enjoy the comforts of home with the amenities of a hotel, including separate areas for working and relaxing, a fully-equipped kitchen, free breakfast, high-speed Internet, an on-site laundry room, a marketplace and regular housekeeping.
