WOODBRIDGE, Va., Feb. 12, 2018 -- Cardinal Management Group, Inc., is proud to announce that three of our clients were acknowledged by Community Association Institute, DC Chapter, for their outstanding management practices and community outreach. Rippon Landing Master Association was recognized as the 2017 winner for Large Communities (500-999 homes), and The Heights at Penderbrook Condominium for Medium Communities (150-499 homes).
In addition, Loudoun Valley Estates II Homeowners Association was honored as the 2017 Charitable Community of the Year. The Charitable Community Award recognizes the community association that best demonstrates exemplary service to the community outside their own association through community service and charitable works.
Cardinal CEO Thomas Mazzei stated, “We are very excited about our clients receiving these distinguished awards. Being acknowledged in this way proves the point that our dedicated team of professionals work to make a difference every day.”
Vanessa Olson, President of Rippon Landing Master Association, has thanked Dave Crone, Community Manager at Cardinal Management Group, and Barbara Conrad, On Site Manager at Rippon Landing, for assisting with this accomplishment for the second time in the last five years. She states that, “Cardinal Management has managed Rippon since 1996 and the team work between the Board, Management and the accounting department has allowed us, as a Board and a community to demonstrate excellence in all aspects of association operations and governance.” Ms. Olson believes that Cardinal Management Group has been and continues to be an integral part of enduring results in premium community management. “This has allowed us an opportunity to once again be an outstanding community association recognized in the Washington metropolitan area.”
Congratulations to these three outstanding communities and all the other honorees.
