Hoboken, NJ, Oct. 05, 2017 -- After a wide variety of packed national events and classes this past summer, CKO Kickboxing continues their goal to bring the exciting cardio-kickboxing workout all over the U.S. with its most recent stop having been at Prudential Center in Newark, NJ. Prudential Center and New Jersey Devils staff were welcomed to attend one of two classes on September 27th, 2017. The hour-long classes featured two CKO instructors along with the highly recognized CKO Bags and dynamic full-body workout.

CKO Kickboxing has been setting up more and more classes throughout multiple nationally recognized venues this year. Classes at Madison Square Garden, West Point Stadium in New York, the Rocky Steps in Philadelphia, and iHeartRadio Headquarters were among some of the well-known names on the list of stops.
