Despite numerous reputable sites reporting that Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt did not remarry, gossip outlets are still pushing the narrative that they actually did. These untrustworthy publications have a lot of angles to work with and they’re exploiting them to create false claims surrounding the former lovers.
First, both stars are currently single at the moment. Jennifer Aniston recently broke up with her longtime partner and eventual husband Justin Theroux, while Brad Pitt is going through a divorce and custody case with ex-partner Angeline Jolie.
This opens them up to the possibility of rekindling what they had in the past, OK! Australia alleges (via Gossip Cop). But previous reports and interviews regarding the two have time and again made it clear that Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt have not seen each other since they separated in 2005.
The second angle these gossip outlets are taking is the fact that Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt’s anniversary is just around the corner. If the pair did not split, they would’ve been married for 18 years this coming July 29.
Of course, the ridiculous claim that they’ve decided to rekindle their past romance in order to celebrate the what-could-have-been is simply ridiculous and there’s no veracity to it whatsoever. Jennifer Aniston previously said that she’s enjoying being single and that she’s focusing on being happy, while Brad Pitt is working on solidifying his relationship with his children.
There’s also the fact that the two are busy with their own projects. Jennifer Aniston is currently in Portofino, Italy, where she’s shooting for her upcoming Netflix film, “Murder Mystery.” In the meantime, Brad Pitt is in Los Angeles filming Quentin Tarantino’s ninth film “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood,” where the “World War Z” actor will be starring alongside Leonardo DiCaprio and Margot Robbie.
Magazines out there claiming that Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston decided to get back in each other’s arms should not be taken seriously. What people need to understand is these outlets are simply making these claims in order to create headlines for the front covers of their magazines to dupe people into buying them.
