The custody battle between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie is still ongoing and it’s clear the conflict is not going to be resolved anytime soon. In fact, it may get more complicated. At least, for Jolie’s part.
As Hollywood Life reported, Angelina Jolie is supposedly planning to adopt another child. But Brad Pitt isn’t too keen on the idea despite the two being separated.
If Angelina Jolie does decide to take another child under her wing, then this will be the “Maleficent” actress’ seventh kid. Meanwhile, Brad Pitt is focusing more on their six children, making sure he spends a lot of time with them as the pack is growing up fast.
Maddox is already 17 years old while Angelina Jolie’s youngest children – who are twins – have turned 10. In a few years, Jolie and Brad Pitt’s twins will be leaving home and go to college.
This Empty Nest Syndrome may be the reason why Angelina Jolie is trying to adopt again. At least, that's what Hollywood Life is claiming. The magazine said that it got its report from an inside source close to Brad Pitt.
As for Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s divorce case, the exes are still working out the details to make the separation official. The case is also a little bit complicated for the “Wanted” actress as her legal camp is reportedly having inside conflicts regarding the case.
According to People, Angelina Jolie has hired a new firm to help with the case between her and Brad Pitt. However, this isn’t to say that she’s planning to replace her current lawyer, Laura Wasser.
What this most likely means is that Angelina Jolie is bringing in more experts to accelerate the legal proceedings. As for Brad Pitt, the “Troy” actor got his hands full due to him shooting for Quentin Tarantino’s next film, “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.”
