“Bosch” season 6 is anticipated after the fifth installment of the series finally dropped in April. It was released with 10 episodes, and the good news is that the popular police procedural drama on Amazon Prime is set to return for a new chapter.
The show was renewed in November 2018 it was Albert Cheng, Amazon Prime’s co-head for television who confirmed the set of orders for “Bosch” season 6. He said that fans really love the show so they did not think twice about renewing it for another run.
“Bosch is a customer and critical favorite and Amazon Prime members are fans of this long-running series that delivers strong storytelling, complex characters and exceptional performances,” Broadcasting Cable quoted Cheng as saying regarding the show’s renewal. “We are happy to continue to work with Fabrik, Michael Connelly, and the rest of the team on this artful procedural drama.”
Drama plot
“Bosch” season 6 is likely to pick up from the finale of season 5. Bosch killed at least three people who would-be assassins after his cover was blown away when the Los Angeles Times wrote a story about him. The search for the killer of Daisy Clayton, the child of Elizabeth Clayton, who has a drug problem and he’s caring for.
The next chapters will deal with conflicts arising from the events shown in the fifth season. If Bosch finds out who killed Daisy, he will eventually give Elizabeth the closure she has been seeking for since her daughter was murdered.
The cast
“Bosch” season 6 will return with its original cast members that include Titus Welliver as Harry Bosch and Jamie Hector as detective Jerry Edgar. They will be supported by a handful of talented actors including Amy Aquino (Grace Billets), Honey Chandler (Mimi Rogers), Lance Reddick (Deputy Chief Irvin Irving) and Madison Lintz (Maddie Bosch). It was stated that Sarah Clarke is also coming back to reprise her role as Eleanor Wish, as per Digital Spy.
Release date
While there is no definite premiere date for “Bosch” season 6 year, various publications predicted that it would be out in April 2020. The prediction was based on the pattern of Amazon Prime’s release schedule for this drama.
