With that, it has long been theorized that Koji could be Jiraiya. His flawless use of Rasengan, the Toad Sage Mode, and the ability to enter Konohagakure’s borders without alerting the authorities are some factors why many fans think he could be Naruto’s former mentor. If this turns out to be true and the writers are feeling generous, it could be one exciting revelation slated for “Boruto” chapter 39. What’s most likely happening in “Boruto” chapter 39 is people in Konohagakure facing the dilemma of Naruto being sealed away in another dimension and having not much option to save himself. Jigen is also very likely going after Kawaki again since the Isshiki Otsutsuki vessel is already cracking and needs to be replaced. Luckily, the wait for “Boruto” chapter 39 will soon be over as it will be officially released on Oct. 20.
