BoC likely to cut rates by 25bps

The string of very weak data over the past week has tipped the scale, and a 25bps cut is expected from BoC next week. The decision is admittedly very close, and if it occurs puts upside risk to the forecast profile for USD/CAD through the second half of this year and into next.
