Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are back in the tabloids, and for the same reason, they were reported to have broken up. Based on the report, it was Miranda Lambert’s ex who called it quits, which means he dumped Gavin Rossdale’s ex-wife.
On a report that appeared on Life & Style (via Gossip Cop), it was said that Stefani thinks that her country singer boyfriend is already planning to propose. She thought that the proposal was going to happen on Mother’s Day, but that did not happen.
Rather, Gwen Stefani was said to have felt humiliated and angry after Blake Shelton walked out on her instead of offering her a ring to secure their relationship and eventually make way for their marriage in the future. The “Used to Love You” singer was said to have been very shocked at what took place on Mother’s Day and swears it was the worst day of her life.
“The surprise Gwen got was shocking. Blake explained that they had a great romance going, but that all the pressure to marry her was just too much for him,” the insider told the tabloid. “Gwen was humiliated and angry and Mother’s Day turned out to be the worst day of her life.”
The tipster went on to reveal that Gwen and Blake broke up not face to face but over the phone. After the call, the singer reportedly saw her mom and kids since its Mother’s Day but only ended up crying along the whole day as she tried to make sense of what happened and figure out what went wrong because she did not see any indications that her boyfriend is pressured or not happy.
Now, Gossip Cop claimed that this report is false. After checking the facts and contacting Gwen Stefani’s representative, it was able to confirm that the singer and boyfriend Blake Shelton are still together. They have not broken up, as stated in the Life & Style report.
This is not the first time that Gwen and Blake have gotten involved in breakup rumors. In fact, the former already denied such stories in the past. It was the same story at that time that she was dumped by the “I lived It” country crooner and said it was all a lie.
