It would appear that “Beyond Good And Evil 2” is not going to make an appearance at E3, but fans should not be too disappointed. It would seem that Ubisoft will be providing some details as to how far along the development is and a few clues as to what players can expect from the game. Suffice it to say, though, this is not exactly the ingot of gold that gamers would have been expecting.
For some context, “Beyond Good And Evil 2” has been in development for quite some time and is a sequel to a game that was a cult classic, by all accounts. At E3, the only thing that Ubisoft will be offering fans will be something called a “Space Monkey Report,” Engadget reports. This is basically where the developers offer a glimpse into the progress of the game.
On that note, “Beyond Good And Evil 2” is a game with a frankly ambitious scope both in terms of the gameplay and the narrative that it is trying to tell. In fact, one can even imagine the title rivaling “Cyberpunk 2077” in terms of those two aspects. This is why so many fans are looking forward to learning what they can about it.
Unfortunately, there will be no “Beyond Good And Evil 2” gameplay to be showcased at E3 if what Ubisoft has said about the event is true. Instead, fans will be given some additional tidbits with regards to the lore, the story, the characters, and the overall scope of the game itself. For those who are interested in such things, the E3 live stream event should prove to be a treat.
For everyone else, the wait for “Beyond Good And Evil 2” and everything it has to offer will prove to be a bit more delayed than initially thought. Fans will simply have to wait to learn more.
