Ben Affleck’s divorce from Jennifer Garner was finalized only last year although they separated in 2015. The former “Batman” star has been in at least two highly publicized relationships since his split from the mom of his three kids, and now that he is single again, it was said that his friends want him to date either Halle Berry or Charlize Theron.
As per Life & Style, Affleck’s friends showed eagerness to find him a new partner after he broke up with Lindsay Shookus for the second time. It was said that the actor’s friends suggested Halle Berry or Charlize Theron be his next “love.”
“Ben’s always found Halle Berry attractive, but most of his friends think he should go for the gold: Charlize Thero,” the tipster reportedly told the magazine. “She’s a great mom and not to mention drop-dead gorgeous.”
OK! Magazine also previously reported about Ben Affleck’s “epic” crush on Berry, so it seems there is a possibility with the suggestion. The actress is a divorcee too so they could be the next power couple if things go well with them. But of course, Ben must make a move first.
“Ben has had an epic crush on Halle ever since he saw that sex scene in Swordfish,” the insider told OK! “He’s now trying to find a role for her in one of his next movies by way of getting to know her.”
But then again, not all of Affleck’s friends agree with that as some of them are allegedly urging Garner’s ex to avoid dating A-listers from now on. This is because getting involved with them always have a sad ending. Instead, these pals want him to pursue Janina Gavankar, the actress that he worked with in his new movie called “Torrance.”
“She’ is an up-and-coming actress who is one of Meghan Markle’s close friends,” the source further said. “Plus, their chemistry is off the charts.”
