LOS ANGELES, Aug. 29, 2017 -- B. Riley & Co., LLC (“B. Riley”), a full service investment bank and wholly-owned subsidiary of B. Riley Financial, Inc. (NASDAQ:RILY), served as the exclusive financial advisor to A-Mark Precious Metals, Inc. A-Mark is a full-service precious metals trading company and an official distributor for all the major sovereign mints. B. “The B. Riley team worked diligently in advising us over the course of the process, while structuring a favorable outcome for all parties involved,” said A-Mark CEO, Greg Roberts. “Not only does this acquisition enable us to be the exclusive supplier to Goldline, but it also presents us with a substantial opportunity to leverage their platform to upsell and cross-sell our value-added services to its current and potential customers.”
“This transaction provided a unique opportunity for A-Mark to significantly grow its customer base and enhance its platform,” said Reiner. “We thank A-Mark for selecting B. Riley as its financial advisor and for inviting our team to partner with them on this transformative acquisition.”
