George Clooney was dumped by Amal Alamuddin this week according to a report. The barrister was said to have left her husband during his 58th birthday celebration.
As per the National Enquirer (via New Idea), Amal got really angry at her husband’s party because he drank too much. It was said that while she and George always appear to be in harmony and happy with their marriage, the truth is that the pair’s relationship is very rocky.
“They have this terrible habit of getting on each other’s nerves at the worst possible time, and it always seems to happen right after they’ve worked their way out of a troubled patch,” the tipster told National Enquirer.
The tipster further claimed that a nasty war between George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin broke out after the “Batman” actor organized a boozy session to celebrate his birthday with his friends. This move allegedly pushed the human rights lawyer to the brim, and she just stormed off, leaving her husband.
“George wanted to let his hair down and he set up a tequila-soaked bash for him and his close pals.” the source supposedly said. “That irked Amal in a big way because she hates it when George drinks too much and she begged him to do something healthy.”
The insider added that Amal is mad because she is sick of seeing him “eating like a pig and snoring like a bear” after his alleged heavy drinking during boozy timeouts with pals.
But then again, the whole story appeared to be a sham. George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin are still together, and they have no serious marital conflict that supposedly driving them to the brink of divorce. Furthermore, the actor appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” on May 8, and he revealed that he celebrated his 58th birthday at home, with his family and this alone debunked the claims of his “boozy” party. The lawyer also accompanied her husband at the movie premiere of “Catch-22” which clearly shows the rumor of split is false.
