Hollywood's gossip machine just doesn't know when to let a juicy rumor go. While Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's custody battle may not be a snuggly scene, it is hardly the soul-crushing endeavor that could leave either one of the former couple a lifeless husk. But still, the gossip train about Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's lives keeps chugging on.
A recent story about Angelina Jolie now weighing in at 73 pounds due to the stress of her custody battle over her and Brad Pitt's children has been resurfacing around the internet. According to the rumors, Jolie's clothes no longer fit her due to how skinny she's become. Brad Pitt's ex-wife is also claimed to be so stressed out that she can't even finish a whole pretzel and nibbles on shaved ice. But fans know better than to swallow an old debunked story.
The same rumor about Angelina Jolie has already been in circulation as far back as two months ago. The older rumor has even already claimed that Jolie has been living off ice cubes, with the only difference being Brad Pitt's ex supposedly weighing in at 76 pounds rather than the more recent 73 pounds. But the same arguments debunking the older claims can still be used today, with even fresher evidence.
Gossip Cop once again debunks the claims of a “deteriorating” actress as it points out that it seems quite impossible that the rumor sheets would have been able to get an exact number for Angelina Jolie's weight. Being able to say that Brad Pitt's ex lost exactly 3 pounds since August due to the stress of their custody and divorce proceedings is too tall a tale to be sure about.
Gossip Cop also points out that recent photos of Angelina Jolie were taken which showed the actress enjoying sushi with her children in Los Angeles. Jolie was also spotted hiking in the Hollywood Hills recently – both cases hardly evidence for a stressed-out and unhealthy Angelina Jolie.
While fans can hope that the custody and divorce proceedings between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt can be settled amicably moving forward, it seems that fans don't have to worry about Angelina Jolie's health anytime soon.
