Amazon India has launched "Customise Your Product," an innovative feature that allows customers to personalize over 10,000 products across 76 categories, redefining online shopping experiences ahead of the Prime Day sale on July 15.
Intending to provide an intuitive and seamless customization experience, Amazon India empowers customers with visual design tools to personalize their chosen products. Customers can witness the real-time representation of their final customized product through the product preview option.
This feature meets the demands for personalization among customers and capitalizes on India's untapped market for personalized gifting products. Whether for gifting purposes or personal use, customers can choose the color, add inscriptions or images, and even change the font of the text.
Amazon India ensures that products eligible for customization or personalization come at no extra cost. With over 10,000 products across various categories available for customization, customers can easily identify eligible products through the "personalize it" badge on search results and the "customize now" button on product pages. Keywords like "personalize" or "custom" can also assist in finding eligible products more conveniently.
In addition to customization options for phone covers, including select brands for the latest iPhones and Samsung Galaxy S22 series, budget Android phones like Redmi Note 9 series, Samsung A31, and Vivo S1 also have the "personalize it" option.
As a customer-centric marketplace, Amazon India aims to provide a wide range of personalized products, leveraging the growing customization trend. Manish Tiwary, Vice President and Country Manager of Consumer Business at Amazon India, states that introducing the "Customise Your Product" feature is just the beginning. Amazon India is dedicated to expanding its product selection further.
With this exciting new feature, available ahead of the Prime Day sale on July 15, Amazon India is putting the power of customization in the hands of its customers. Start personalizing your favorite products today and make them truly one-of-a-kind.
