“Alaskan Bush People” is said to be returning for its tenth season. Apparently, Discovery Channel renewed the reality show, and Billy and Ami Brown were reportedly thrilled after getting the news that their show will continue to air.
Show’s Renewal
It was added that the Brown patriarch and matriarch are very willing to be on the show again despite the recent controversies that bugged their family. The news of “Alaskan Bush People” season 10 renewal first came out in April, but it is not certain whether the whole Brown family will appear in the show.
"Billy and Ami were just informed this week that the network would like to do another season and of course they were on board," the source exclusively told Radar Online. "They were a bit worried because of lower than usual ratings last season, but after the finale brought in big numbers for them, they knew that season 10 would likely be happening."
Reuniting the Family
When the “Alaskan Bush People” season 10 returns, it is expected to show Billy and Ami trying to fix the issues that divided their family. In the previous seasons, some of the couple’s children have moved out of their home, and this includes the 26-year-old Noah Brown and his wife, Rhain. They are now said to be living with their son in Colorado.
Matt Brown is also far from their home in Washington. He is living in California with his girlfriend, and he may or may not appear in the “Alaskan Bush People” season 10 because of the rift with his own dad, Billy. Their conflict started after he was fired by Discovery due to his alcohol addiction, and Billy will not tolerate his rebellious nature either.
There is no one else in the family who drinks, so Matt had a hard time opening up about his problem. But his mom and dad supported him through his battle. However, the 36-year-old got into conflict with Billy, and he said that he does not want to be near his parents again. The “Alaskan Bush People” season 10 is likely gearing to the direction of Billy and Matt’s reunion to end their family drama and just focus on Ami’s fight with cancer.
Gabe’s Wedding
On a lighter side, the “Alaskan Bush People” season 10 may also feature Gabe and Raquell’s wedding. The pair got married for the second time, and they are already expecting their first child.
