US Presidential Election Series: FBI clears Hillary Clinton again but that doesn’t matter

Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) over the weekend clears Hillary Clinton again in a sense that they arrived at the same conclusions as in July when FBI accused Clinton of being extremely careless but stayed short of recommending any charges. We are sure that the Clinton supporters and Mrs. Clinton herself feeling overjoyed by the bureau’s decision but that won’t prevent a political circus if Hillary Clinton wins the White House this week.

Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) probably concluded that it couldn’t find anything substantial in Anthony Weiner’s 650,000 emails to press charges against Hillary Clinton and retained the same conclusions as in July but the House oversight committee and House Intelligence committee were already differing with the FBI over its July report. According to the law, there need not be intent, gross negligence would have been sufficient to press charges against and all the cover-ups that include deletion of federal records, ignoring the subpoena and lying under oath; all would be sufficient enough to argue in favor of intent.

The wrongdoings are large enough to involve the state department, the department of justice and even the FBI as a partner in the crime, which is the cover-up. So, no matter what FBI concludes, this matter is too big to just slip away, even if Hillary wins the race.
