Season 1’s 26 episodes were produced by the studio Madhouse, one of the well-known anime producers in the world. The “The Irregular At Magic High School” series is just one of the popular titles that Madhouse has worked on over the years. However, there has been a long-running perception that Madhouse is notorious for not coming back to work on sequels, whether it is an anime series or a movie.
