FREMONT, Ohio, Jan. 22, 2018 -- The Fremont Company, producers of Frank’s Kraut and Mississippi BBQ Sauce, has just promoted Eric Kadrovach to Vice President of Operations. He will be overseeing activities at all three Ohio plants: Fremont, Rockford, and Willoughby.
Kadrovach has 10 Years combined food industry experience, encompassing work with cereal, frozen prepared meals, snacks, grocery, raw & prepared meats, condiments and pickled products.
He will be responsible for plant operations, capital projects, process improvements, OEE, standard systems implementation and will also operate as Co-Manufacturing Leader. He has a BS in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State & MBA from University of Toledo.
