‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 10’s episode 20, titled “The Recollection Dissipation,” will follow Sheldon as he pushes himself to the limits when he attempts to work on multiple projects with Leonard and Wolowitz as well as with girlfriend Amy. Meanwhile, Bernadette will have to face returning to work after her maternity leave runs out.
The synopsis for “The Recollection Dissipation” posted on TV Guide reads, “Sheldon's (Jim Parsons) working overtime and pushing himself to the limit when he collaborates on projects with Leonard (Johnny Galecki) and Wolowitz (Simon Helberg), and another one with Amy (Mayim Bialik), all on the same day.
Meanwhile, Bernadette's (Melissa Rauch) maternity leave is running out and she must face going back to work.”
The upcoming episode will feature an overworked Sheldon as he attempts to tackle multiple projects with his friends. The promo for “The Recollection Dissipation” opens to Sheldon waking up somewhat disoriented on a couch as his friends look over him in concern.
He asks, “What’s going on? How’d I get here?” Raj (Kunal Nayyar) then asks, “But you don’t remember?” Sheldon then proceeds to ask for the time and Penny (Kaley Cuoco) responds that it is already 9 o’clock.
Sheldon then fumbles around as he asks, “Wait, what happened to eight and seven and all the other o’clocks?” By the end of the promo, Sheldon and his friends enter what looks to be a cowboy bar. Raj asks, “Does this place look familiar?”
When Sheldon replies that he is having a hard time remembering the place, the bar’s patrons greet him collectively as they raise their glasses up. Sheldon then concludes, “It’s getting clearer.”
It seems that Sheldon will struggle to keep a clear head after working himself to the bone. It is clear that he doesn’t remember much of the events that transpired before he woke up in a bewildered state.
Meanwhile, Bernadette will have to face the challenges of returning to work after she uses up her maternity leave. According to Cartermatt, this may be another big milestone for her as she copes with juggling new parenting responsibilities and her career.
