(OTCQB:TTCM) today announced that in March the Company will be presenting its KlickZie technology, its KLK cryptotoken, and its high speed zChain blockchain at the Blockchain Innovation and Investment Summit in Dubai and will be networking at the TokenFest Conference in San Francisco just before departing for Dubai.

The Company is developing its blockchain and cryptotoken expertise and relationships worldwide with networking and presentations at two globally attended blockchain events.
On March 19th the Company’s CEO Dr. Jon N Leonard together with Sergey Bushnyak, CTO of Kelecorix, Inc., Tautachrome’s blockchain development partner, will be speaking at the Blockchain Innovation and Investment Summit (Blockchain Investment Summit) in Dubai. Dr. Jon and will speak on KlickZie’s patented trusted imaging technology and the image ecosystem based on the KLK cryptotoken transaction medium. Sergey will speak on KlickZie’s zChain high speed blockchain architecture.
Just prior to the Summit on March 15 and 16 Dr. Jon and David LaMountain, the Company’s director of Social Media and Investor Relations, will be networking with the investment and technology participants in the first ever TokenFest (TokenFest link here) being held in San Francisco. Dr. Jon said today “These are exciting times for Tautachrome. Blockchain technology is a global happening of enormous proportion, and has come along at just the right time for KlickZie with the means for supporting a global image-based KLK ecosystem. The Company’s KLK cryptotoken sale
As previously announced with regard to the Company’s recently proposed public offering of its KlickZie branded KLK cryptotokens, the SEC has taken the position that the KLK cryptotokens are securities and therefore any public offering of the KLK cryptotokens must be registered under the Securities Act of 1933. The Company is grateful to the SEC for its guidance in this matter and is presently working with its advisors to ensure the proposed offering is in compliance with applicable securities laws.
The Company intends to offer its KLK cryptotokens to the public in an offering to be registered under the Securities Act of 1933, for the purpose of raising up to $100 million in proceeds to further develop our KlickZie trusted imaging technology and our KlickZie high speed zChain blockchain in support of a KLK-based crypto transaction ecosystem. The Company currently plans to effect the proposed offering through a KLK token website managed by the Company. All purchases on the KLK token website will be paid for in Ethereum’s “ether” cryptocoins.
