“Suits” Actress Meghan Markle Says Most Memorable Moment On Show Is The Sex Scene With Co-Star Patrick J Adams, Evades Question About Romance With Prince Harry

“Suits” recently celebrated its 100th episode over the weekend at the ATX Television Festival in Austin, Texas, Deadline said. The cast took time to discuss certain things about its upcoming Season 7, which showed surprising developments in TVlandia’s scandal-ridden lawyers.

But the focus was obviously on cast member Meghan Markle, who became a huge British celebrity overnight for her royal connection - she is the current girlfriend of Prince Harry. So when she was asked about her favorite moment on “Suits,” her response naturally became tabloid fodder.

According to Markle, her favorite moment was that of her character, Rachel Zane, finally realizing she has fallen in love with co-star Patrick J Adams’ character, Mike Ross, which transitioned into the now famous sex scene, Elle UK said. However, she quickly added that it felt strange filming the scene, and giggled, “Of course that was weird.”

Markle and Adams also did a table read of their very first scene together, which elicited delight from much of the audience members, Mirror said.

She was also asked about Rachel’s career upgrade as a fully-paid lawyer in Season 7, to which she replied, “I’m so happy that, especially reading the pilot again, you can just see where she started. To watch that progression, she’s worked so hard. I love that as a role model, how she’s been crafted to balance it all.”

But being the girlfriend of the royal prince, Markle was asked about the status of her relationship with Prince Harry, and whether she had hopes of marrying the British royal. Naturally, the question garnered interest from the audience, noting the fact that there have been engagement rumors spreading around.

However, Markle handled it like a pro, and simply smiled to evade answering the question, Observer reported.

Season 7 of “Suits” will debut on the USA Network on July 12.
