Snoop Dogg, the 51-year-old American rapper, has unveiled another business and this time, he ventured into the fashion and accessory business for pets. Dogs can now dress up like him as he launches his Snoop Doggie Doggs brand.
The rapper and entrepreneur is surely expanding his business portfolio with this new addition. Snoop Dogg will now cater to pet lovers’ needs as this is one of the thriving markets today, even with the rising costs.
As per CNN Business, the Snoop Doggie Doggs pet fashion line was made in partnership with SMAC Entertainment talent agency and Little Earth Productions apparel company. It will offer pet clothes and accessories that were designed based on Snoop Dogg’s most recognizable styles.
Some of the items that will be sold under the new pet dogs fashion line are dog bowls with gold adornments and real metal chains and marijuana-shaped plushie dog toys with the rapper’s image on them. Snoop Doggie Doggs will also offer t-shirts and jerseys featuring the rapper’s logo design.
The accessories and items under the brand are extensive, and customers will find trendy apparel, leashes, and other common items for dogs. The company said that these products would also be available for cats.
The brand was launched last week, and people can now treat their pets to new clothes and accessories by shopping at Amazon’s store or Snoop Doggie Doggs’ website. These are the outlets for the brand which means the stylish pet collections are exclusive to them only.
"Snoop Dogg was, without a question, the most fitting and amazing partner we could think of in the dog and pet space," Earth Productions Inc.’s co-founder, Rob Brandegee, said in a press release. "Snoop's personality and authenticity are undeniably evident in our creative pet product offerings, and we couldn't be more thrilled to share the new Snoop Doggie Doggs brand with you ahead of the holidays - it is the perfect holiday gift for pet owners this season. Talk about a holiday treat."
Finally, the Snoop Doggie Doggs items are sold from $14.99 to $99.99 with sizes ranging from XS to XL and big dog sizes.
