"We are pleased to welcome the entire A & M Properties team to Sentry. Immediately, we are a better company together," said Bradley Pomp, President of Sentry Management. "As one company, we will serve our new community clients to the highest standard of community management.”
“We are thrilled to be joining Sentry Management,” said Matt Eagan, founder of A & M. “Sentry’s proven track record of homeowner satisfaction, advanced operating systems and deep association management experience will enable us to bring even more value to the communities we manage.”
Howard Pomp, CEO of Sentry Management, has been working on the addition of A & M for some time. “I am thoroughly impressed with Matt Eagan and his staff’s dedication to the Boards and communities they serve. A & M Properties has built an incredible positive reputation since opening five years ago. Merging Sentry’s 43 years of know-how with A & M Properties expertise in the market area allows us to offer communities even greater service levels and professionalism.”
Matt Oates, Sentry’s current Colorado Vice President, will oversee operations and people. Matt Egan will continue with Sentry Management as the Division Manager for the entire Denver area. Sentry will retain the A & M Properties employees, who become Sentry employees. Over the coming months, Sentry will combine the two companies into a single location in a manner that will improve long-term service to homeowners living in both HOA and condominium associations.
The service area for this Sentry office is the City and County of Denver, as well as the counties of Jefferson, Arapahoe, and Adams.
