NEW YORK, March 20, 2018 -- Resource Capital Corp. (NYSE:RSO) (the “Company”) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per common share for the quarter ending March 31, 2018. The dividend will be paid on April 27, 2018 to holders of record on March 30, 2018.
