Before joining the team at the Renaissance, Jennifer most recently worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Baltimore. Jennifer has extensive hotel experience after working on teams in both front and back of house, before discovering her penchant for sales. She has quickly risen through the ranks to her role as director and maintains that the best part of her position is challenging her team to surpass their goals.
A hospitality industry veteran, Jennifer brings over 25 years of experience to the senior leadership team of the popular hotel near downtown Baltimore. Perched along the edge of Baltimore’s beautiful Inner Harbor, the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel has solidified itself as an iconic destination among locals and visitors alike.
A Southern California native and longtime Michigan resident, Jennifer currently resides outside of Baltimore in White Marsh. She enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with her family, and is quick to note she’s both a proud mother and grandmother. Jennifer also enjoys being a frequent guest speaker for university students pursuing careers in hospitality.
Jennifer’s awards and accolades include the award for the highest RevPar Index at Hilton San Francisco, Ambassador of the Year from Mt. Pleasant Michigan, Circle of Excellence from LaBelle Management, the Hyatt Outstanding Production Award and Hyatt Masters Award.
