“Power” season 6 episode 8 is up next in the final season of the show. It is expected to be more intense and dramatic as the end of the first half approaches.
Tommy and Ghost’s team-up seems to be ending in this episode, and this means they will go back to hating and trying to kill each other. What’s more, LaKeisha may also experience how it feels to be betrayed because her situation places her in a position where Tommy’s loyalty to her would be tested.
Feds are after LaKeisha
As shared on TV Promo, “Power” season 6, episode 8 is called “Deal With the Devil,” and the viewers will see LaKeisha is in danger as the Feds are after her. Apparently, Tommy can’t help her in case the Feds get their hands on her because he is being targeted by the authorities as well.
The Feds want LaKeisha to cooperate with them so they will do anything, even breaking the rules to get information from her. They have a scandal to solve, and they are using people so they can get out of the mess, so they are now resorting to scaring tactics, but will this work with Lakeisha?
Ghost and Tommy’s truce ends?
Ghost may be ending the alliance with his former best friend since he is already fed up. It was said that Ghost would discontinue a relationship with an ally, and this could only be referring to Tommy, who he recently joined forces with to save his son Tariq from the hands of their common enemy which is Vincent. They fought together, and as TV Line mentioned, at that time, they have another reason not to kill each other just yet, and it was to save the youngsters and other people they love who got involved in the crimes.
Ghost warns his son
In “Power” season 6 episode 8 preview, Ghost tells Tariq, “I want you to leave the streets behind you, or it’s gonna be too late.” But the younger one just responded with “Just like you did,” then Tasha also warned Tariq that he should be careful because from now on, he is being watched.
“Power” season 6 episode 8 will air on Oct. 13 on Starz.
