Fourth Edition Leveraged Lending in the Shifting Regulatory Market was the topic of discussion at this 2-day event chaired by Patrick Brocker, Senior Managing Director, Commercial Lending at Peapack-Gladstone Bank. Acting as both Chair and panel moderator, he also led discussions focusing on how banks and non-bank lenders can work together in the middle market in addition to the impact of regulatory changes on the leveraged lending business.

Mr. Brocker previously served as President of AmSouth Capital, a national leveraged lending and asset-based lending unit of AmSouth Bank; Senior Vice President, Northeast Marketing Manager of Fleet Capital; and Senior Vice President, Division Head of Specialized Finance at National Westminster Bank, USA. Pat holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from Marquette University.
