PLN review: Western Union

Quotes from Western Union:

- Poland's currency, the zloty, flirted with six-year lows in the 3.74s against the greenback after the nation's central bank cut rates by a deeper than expected 50 basis points to 1.50%, an all-time low. 

- The bank took bolder action to help beat back the threat of deflation. Forecasts called a smaller cut to 1.75% from 2.0%. The zloty closed in the 3.72s on Tuesday.
