Meghan Markle Rebuilds Her Brand After Facing Numerous Backlash: Report

Meghan Markle recently signed with the talent agency William Morris Endeavor.

Meghan Markle is working on “rebuilding her brand” after it was announced that the Duchess of Sussex has signed with the talent agency William Morris Endeavor.

Meghan Markle Reportedly Rebuilding Her Brand After Backlash

Meghan Markle, who has been silent since Prince Harry released his bombshell memoir titled “Spare,” has faced a momentous amount of criticism, including being mocked on “South Park and “Family Guy.” According to royal expert Richard Kay, the “Suits” alum may be "putting water" between her and Prince Harry's memoir, “Spare.”

However, Richard advised Meghan Markle that staying out of the spotlight would make it "harder" for her to launch her new brand. "I think we can be sure that one thing she is really doing is being a mum and spending time with her children but it is interesting,” the royal expert told Palace Confidential, per Daily Express.

"Is it because she wanted to give a bit more space to Harry who had so much to get off his chest this year with his ghastly book and his interviews about his family. Maybe she wanted to put a bit of clear blue water between what he had to say and what's she's going to do next, didn't want to taint her brand. However, what is her brand and will that brand still be there? The longer she's out of the public eye, the harder it will be to kickstart it,” he went on.

It comes as Meghan Markle prepares to revive her blog “The Tig,” which she shut down in 2017 while dating Prince Harry. “Meghan's recent signing with the top talent agency has been a huge sign the royal is "creating herself as a brand. This just rings to me that The Tig is on its way back. This sort of representation helps facilitate brand deals,” Us Weekly’s royal commentator Christine Ross shared.

"This is definitely a huge step forward in Meghan's brand. This is definitely Meghan creating herself as a brand. I suspect that The Tig is on its way back its way back to our internet screens,” she furthered.

Meghan Markle, Prince Harry ‘Ready to Get Back Out There Again’

Meanwhile, a source close to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry claimed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are “more refreshed than ever” and “ready to get back out there again” after experiencing a “rough few months.” To recall, Meghan and Prince Harry left their positions as senior working members of the Royal Family in early 2020 when they migrated from the United Kingdom to eventually reside with their children in Montecito, California.

However, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have faced reaction after making several shocking charges against the royal family – first in their Netflix documentary series, which premiered in December 2022, and then in Harry's tell-all book, “Spare.” They were dealt another blow earlier this year when Spotify and the Sussexes "mutually" opted to part ways, with Spotify executive Bill Simmons openly denouncing the couple as "grifters" during an episode of his own podcast.

There are now doubts about what Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will do next in their careers, but a source told Us Weekly that "they got their bearings back and are focused, recharged, and ready to get back out there again," adding that "laying low really paid off" for them.

The tipster added that the negative reaction to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s departure from their Spotify arrangement, along with the "bad press surrounding their 'near-catastrophic car chase'" with paparazzi after attending an event in New York, resulted in a "rough few months" for them.
