Roe, who has more than 30 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, joined JMFA as a consultant in 1996. He became a regional director of sales for the Northeast market in 2001, and in late 2009 he began working with financial institutions in his home state of Texas, along with Arkansas and New Mexico. Throughout that time, he has been a major contributor to expanding the company’s consulting services reach by implementing revenue enhancement, expense management and process improvement initiatives in his service areas to improve branch, accountholder and staffing profitability for clients.
