(“Santander”) in respect of 27.8 million Series B shares in Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V. (“OMA”). After this transaction, ICA holds a 26.28% ownership interest in OMA in the form of Series B and Series BB shares, directly and indirectly, through Aeroinvest and SETA.
