Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton 2018: Miranda Lambert’s Ex Has No Reason to Be Jealous of Gavin Rossdale

A so-called insider recently claimed that Gwen Stefani still considers her ex-husband Gavin Rossdale to be the love of her life. However, another report debunked this claim so Blake Shelton has no reason to be jealous.

Gossip Cop called out a report from Radar Online this week that insinuated Stefani is still in love with Rossdale. The story quoted a source who said, “She can’t stand Gavin because she thinks he’s a cheater and a bad dad. But she still insists on calling him the love of her life!”

The same insider went as far as claiming that Stefani and Shelton’s relationship is a mere “rebound romance” despite the fact that they seem to have been inseparable for the past three years. “If they don’t have a kid soon, she’s said they won’t ever get married,” the source also claimed.

Gossip Cop followed up on these claims and asked for a comment from Stefani’s spokesperson. It turned out that the story run by Radar Online was “untrue,” which means she has moved on from her ex Rossdale and is genuinely in love with Shelton.

Stefani and Shelton became close while both working on NBC’s “The Voice.” After they got separated — and eventually divorced — from their respective ex-spouses, their representatives confirmed they started dating in 2015.

And for the past three years, Shelton and Stefani have been hounded by all sorts of rumors. Gossip about them planning a wedding, trying to have a baby, or getting married are some of the commonly recurring stories.

Recently, Shelton and Stefani were once again rumored to be planning on their wedding on an Oklahoma ranch. Despite being obviously in love with one another, Gossip Cop reported that Stefani’s rep dismissed these reports as well.

However, it is also important to note that both Stefani and Shelton are open to the possibility of getting married in the future. During her guest appearance on Ellen DeGeneres’s talk show in April, the “Hollaback Girl” singer admitted to thinking about marrying Shelton “all the time."

Shelton practically said the same thing in his interview with CMT's Cody Alan in the same month. “I think about [marrying Stefani]. I don't think it's anytime soon or anything,” the country music star admitted.
