Not many economic dockets scheduled for today but some with high risks associated.

 

Data released so far –

 

  • China – Caixin services PMI for March came at 52.2, compared to 51.2

 

Upcoming –  

 

  • Japan – Flash reading on leading economic index and coincident index for February will be released at 5:00 GMT. FX reserve will be announced at 23:50 GMT.

 

  • Germany – Industrial production for February will be released at 6:00 GMT.

 

  • Australia – RBA asst. governor Kent is scheduled to speak at 7:00 GMT.

 

  • China – PBoC may announce FX reserve for March.

 

  • United States – MBA mortgage applications will be released at 11:00 GMT. FED will release minutes of March meeting at 18:00 GMT. FED’ Loretta Mester is scheduled to speak at 16:20 GMT and James Bullard at 22:30 GMT. EIA will release weekly crude oil inventory report at 14:30 GMT.

 

  • Canada – IVEY PMI will be released at 14:00 GMT.
