Lot of economic dockets scheduled for today, few with high risks associated.

Data released so far 

  • Australia – House prices rose by 0.2% in fourth quarter, up 8.7% from a year ago.
  • Japan – Nikkei manufacturing PMI for March, came at 49.1, all industry activity index dropped by -0.9%.

Upcoming 

  • Switzerland – Trade balance for February will be announced at 7:00 GMT.
  • Germany – IFO business climate, current assessment and expectations will be released at 8:00 GMT. Markit manufacturing and services PMI will be released at 8:30 GMT. Zew survey current situation and economic sentiment will be released 10:00 GMT.
  • France – Markit services and manufacturing PMI will be released at 8:00 GMT.
  • Euro Zone – Markit manufacturing and services PMI will be released at 9:00 GMT. Zew survey economic sentiment will be released at 10:00 GMT.
  • UK – Inflation report for February will be released at 9:30 GMT.
  • US – Redbook index will be released at 12:55 GMT, followed by house price index at 13:00 GMT and Markit manufacturing PMI at 13:45 GMT. Richmond FED manufacturing index will be released at 14:00 GMT. FED’s Charles Evans scheduled to speak at 17:30 GMT.
