Lot of economic dockets be released today and some with high risks associated.

Data released so far 

  • Australia - RBA kept policy steady with interest rate at 2%.
  • New Zealand - ANZ commodity prices dropped -2.3% in January.
  • India - RBI kept policy on hold, with repo rate at 5.75% and reverse repo at 6.75%

Upcoming 

  • Spain - Unemployment change for January will be released at 8:00 GMT.
     
  • Switzerland - Retail sales for January will be released at 8:15 GMT.
     
  • Germany - Unemployment rate for January will be released at 8:55 GMT.
     
  • Italy - Unemployment report will be released at 9:00 GMT.
     
  • UK - Construction PMI will be released at 9:30 GMT.
     
  • Euro Zone - Unemployment report and Producer price index for December will be released at 10:00 GMT.
     
  • US - Redbook index will be released at 13:55 GMT, followed by ISM New York index at 14:45 GMT and TIPP economic optimism at 15:00 GMT. Total vehicle sales report will be released at 18:30 GMT. FED's George is scheduled to speak at 18:00 GMT.
     
  • New Zealand - Fourth quarter unemployment report will be released at 21:45 GMT.
     
  • Australia - AIG performance of services index will be published at 22:30 GMT.
     
  • Auctions - France will auction 10 year bond today. US will auction 1 month bills at 16:30 GMT and 1 year bills at 18:00 GMT.
