WASHINGTON, July 8, 2016 -- Gorman Health Group, LLC (GHG), the leading consulting firm and solutions provider in government healthcare programs, is proud to announce the launch of its new agent management system developed by GHG for onboarding and oversight of, as well as commission payments to, health insurance sales agents operating in Medicare, Medigap, and the Health Insurance Marketplaces.
Sentinel Elite™ is a flexible, module-based software solution, built from the ground up, and designed to assist government managed care organizations onboard agents, provide training, manage ongoing oversight activities, and pay commissions effectively and compliantly.
Because every organization is unique, Sentinel Elite™ can be licensed as a complete solution or tailored to address specific needs. Over the years, GHG has seen that plans want to move from an annual process to ongoing agent management. Building from the ground up allowed GHG to respond to its clients' needs by establishing a complete solution with powerful architecture that will serve over 33,000 agents who used our system during the 2016 season.
"Sentinel Elite™ boasts a freshly-designed interface, brand new integration tools, and much-requested functions offered for the first time," explained John Gorman, GHG's Founder & Executive Chairman. "It ushers in our future as the leader in developing elite software products for the health plan industry in government programs. We solve pressing problems for insurers with better technology."
The new system brings clarity and efficiency to any organization's onboarding and oversight program, allowing for more sophisticated form setup, such as varying language displayed according to the agent's group within the plan. The new system integrates with a third party to perform various background check, and receives daily updates for real-time license updates. Further, it brings together all actionable items for the plan in a Plan Admin Dashboard, which will become a plan admin's daily workplace. The Agent Dashboard also displays all information for the agent to both the agent and a plan user with the appropriate permissions.
Sentinel Elite™ is the one-stop-shop for viewing agent information, making changes to agent status, and keeping agent information up to date. For more information or to schedule a demo, visit us at https://www.gormanhealthgroup.com/sentinel-elite/.
