Australia’s S&P/ASX200 was trading 0.72 pct higher at 6,451.55 points.
Hong Kong's hang seng index was trading 1.70 percent higher at 26,172.48 points.
Taiwan stock was trading 0.90 percent higher at 10,513.44 points.
South Korea’s kospi was trading 0.73 percent higher at 1,941.06 points.
India’s NSE Nifty was trading 0.38 pct higher at 11,087.95 points while BSE sensex was trading 0.40 points lower at 37,494.78 points.
