FxWirePro: Asian markets slightly recover, gold hovers around $1,500 mark

All the major Asian indices were trading on a higher note on Tuesday. Gold was trading around $1,501 mark while silver was trading around $12.86 mark.

Japan’s Nikkei was trading 0.96 pct higher at 17,173.50 points.

Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 was trading 0.83 pct higher at 5,293.70 points.

South Korea’s kospi was trading 1.46 pct lower at 1,689.73 points.

Hong Kong’s Hang seng was trading 0.42 pct higher at 23,150.50 points.

Taiwanese stock was trading around 2.30 pct lower at 9,493.44 points.

India’s NSE was trading 1.81 pct higher at 9,371.75 points and BSE Sensex was trading 1.70 pct higher at 31,927.78 points.
