FxWirePro: Asian markets down, gold slightly up

All the major Asian indices were trading on a lower note on last working day of the week. Gold was trading around $1,285 mark while silver was trading around $17.01 mark.

Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 was trading 0.37 pct lower at 6,027.44 points.

Japan’s Nikkei was trading around 1.13 pct lower at 22,608.50 points.

Taiwan stock was trading around 0.24 pct lower at 10,717.55 points.

Hong Kong’s Hang seng was trading 0.87 pct higher at 29,160.50 points.

South Korea’s Kospi was trading 0.11 percent lower at 2,549.08 points.

Shanghai composite index to open down 0.1 pct at 3,423.18 points and China's CSI300 index to open down 0.1 pct at 4,070.28 points.

India’s NSE Nifty was trading around 0.25 percent higher at 10,283.70 points and BSE Sensex was trading at 0.13 percent lower 33,207.91 points.
