FREMONT, Calif., Sept. 06, 2016 -- Electronics For Imaging, Inc. (Nasdaq:EFII) today announced it has won eight Must See ’Ems awards – the most presented to any participant. The annual awards program, which is open to exhibitors participating in the Graphic Arts Show Co.’s Graph Expo and Print tradeshows, is one of the industry’s most-respected print technology competitions. EFI’s performance in the 2016 awards program marks the sixth consecutive year that the company has earned the most Must See ’Ems honors of any exhibitor. EFI™ has accumulated 52 Must See ’Ems awards over the last six years.
The EFI strategy of proactive product innovation recognized by the Must See ’Ems Awards enables important advances for customers, who are able to boost productivity, efficiency and business opportunities as they develop a stronger profit advantage in their businesses.
One such customer, Pleasanton, Calif.-based Studio Blue, benefits from using several EFI technologies that have received Must See ’Ems Awards, including EFI Fiery® Color Profiler Suite and Fiery JobMaster software. Those products have helped the company produce jobs 25% faster, with better quality. “We find that we have much better control over color with our EFI Fiery workflow, and that has helped us double our cut-sheet digital print volumes,” according to Bob Barker, Studio Blue’s operations manager.
