Black Thunder is branching out into beverages through the convenience store Family Mart, with the Black Thunder Frappe.
The frozen drink is available in two flavors: Kuroi Black Thunder Chocolate Frappe, which is based on the standard Black Thunder bite-size chocolate bar, and Shiroi Black Thunder Cookie Vanilla Frappe, which is white.
The black replicates the chocolate's trademark crunchiness, while the white is based on the Hokkaido prefecture's 'White Black Thunder,' however, the beverage version is accessible nationally.
Both of these drinks are 320 yen apiece and may be found on the Famima Cafe menu at Family Mart locations around Japan.
